JCM Work Designs/Lean Sigma Team works with several other associates as sub-contractors whenever needed.  Examples are Lean Black Belts, Six Sigma Master Black Belts,  Organization Development Professionals, Strategy Development Experts, or any expertise needed for that particular situation.   We maintain contacts with the very best associates.
