JCM Work Designs/Lean Sigma Team’s highest certification is the Lean Sigma Master Black Belt.
Achievement of this prestigous level of capability is based on many years of proven Lean and Six Sigma work, plus extensive assessment of one’s leadership capabilities and ability to transform their company into a lean-sigma enterprise. Plus the recipient must also be a master trainer.
