Newsflash!

JCM/Lean Sigma Team just completed a Major Kaizen Event with a team of people in Kansas City.  Excellent results were achieved…..the team saved the company $55,000 in cost, increased throughput by 50%, and reduced WIP inventory by 90% in one week of intense kaizen effort.  A new flowline was designed and put in place, together with WIP kanbans, supermarkets, FIFO lanes, and a one-piece flow cell.  Everyone is very excited about the kaizen and the results!
