Newsflash: Another Lean Black Belt Certified

Harold Philbrick, Otis Technology, Lyons Falls, NY received his formal Certification as a Lean Black Belt in an informal cerimony on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010.

Harold successfully completed his required documentation of:

a) past 7 years as a lean consultant/trainer and kaizen facilator,

b) personal leadership assessment, and

c) organizational transformation assessment.

He achieved an overall score (conservative evaluation) of 750 points on his Lean Black Belt Performance Matrix.
