TPM in a Chemical Prep area gets results!

A recent TPM Kaizen Event in a Chemical Prep Department for a Paper Company gets significant results.  The Kaizen Team worked on eliminating excess piping and tankage, mistakeproofing their processes, labeling, cleaning, and adding TPM Autonomous Maintenance responsibilities to the 12 jobs in the Department.  Results in the neighborhood of cost reduction of $75,000 per year were achieved.  Also the quality of working life in Chem Prep was significantly improved.  Note the  “Git R Done” hats given to everyone during this kaizen.   A great team!
